Tape Abrasion Tester Compliance Standard: ASTM F2357-04
It adopts dedicated RCA tape and applies fixed weights (55g, 175g, 275g) onto the product surface. Equipped with a fixed-diameter roller, constant-speed motor and specific counter, the tester determines the abrasion resistance performance by recording the maximum wear cycles the product can withstand. It is widely applied for surface coating performance tests of mobile phones.
